• For services provided to one 菠菜网lol正规平台 department by another 菠菜网lol正规平台 department: submit a Journal Entry Upload Request

  • Chargebacks are a way for a department providing a service to collect funds from other department[s] for those services. For example:
    
    Copying services from AS Print Shop
    Facilities services from FD&O
    Postage charges from Distribution & Asset Services

    If your department needs to collect funds from multiple departments [including auxiliary organizations], complete the Journal Upload Entry Request [xlsx] and submit your request via Journal Entry Upload Request.

• For services provided to customers outside of 菠菜网lol正规平台: submit a A/R Billing Request

  • For services provided to outside customers, e.g. a sorority/fraternity or the City of San José, Accounting Services will need to issue an invoice. To request an invoice be sent to an outside customer, complete the Billing Request Template [xlsx] and send it to Accounting Services.
