Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation Prevention

Research Foundation is an equal opportunity employer and, in accordance with applicable law, is committed to providing a work environment that is free of unlawful discrimination, harassment, and retaliation for its employees, applicants, individuals providing services in the workplace pursuant to a contract, unpaid interns, volunteers, and others involved in its operations. The Research Foundation’s Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation Prevention Policy [pdf] further these goals by providing information about unlawful discrimination, harassment, retaliation, Title IX violations (sexual misconduct, dating, and domestic violence, and stalking) and describes the procedure for addressing such conduct by employees and third parties.

If you or someone you know has experienced discrimination, harassment, or retaliation based on a protected status including age, disability, gender, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, nationality, race or ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, and veteran or military status, we encourage you to file a report or contact Human Resources for assistance. Sex-based discrimination and harassment includes sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, sexual exploitation, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, and pregnancy and parenting discrimination.
